Well-organized, facilitated conversations about gender and social inclusion lead to positive social change. Whether I do the facilitation myself or write instructional design for others, I genuinely love what I do, and I believe this work is important. Like everyone else, I retooled in 2020. I am happy to deliver training modules in person or on a virtual platform.
I’ve hired consultants, I’ve managed consultants, and now I am a consultant. I understand that hiring outside expertise is a cost-effective way to get things done, but nothing is more frustrating than spending money on a contract that does not produce the results you were expecting. My aim is to produce results that surpass expectations. No cookie-cutter services. I tailor each product to meet the specific needs of the client, and I work hard to produce high-quality results.
